Capo Industries Ltd. has been involved in the formulation, manufacturing, packaging and distribution of specialty chemicals throughout Canada, the United States and Europe.
Capo Industries Ltd. was founded on providing polishes for shoes, stoves, floors, silver and leather and we continue to market these products today. Back then, we called ourselves Canadian Polishes before it was changed to Capo Polishes Limited.
Capo has been family owned and operated since 1893. Today the company operates in the 4th generation of the same family ownership. From our humble beginnings in downtown Hamilton, we have expanded over the last century and are currently situated in Burlington, Ontario with an 85,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Our state-of-the art production facility is close to all major transportation corridors, allowing us to easily and cost effectively service markets across North America.
Over the years our product lines have grown to include swimming pool and hot tub chemicals, automotive products, household cleaners, lawn and garden products, leather dressings, inks, dyes, denture cleaners, shuffleboard wax, bindery lubricants as well as many other specialty products.

Capo has qualified for the ISO 9001 International Quality Standard. Recognized worldwide, registration to the ISO 9001 means our business has established a comprehensive system to ensure quality. In order to achieve registration, the business had to prove that it had implemented a thoroughly documented quality system that met the 16 elements defined in the standard. Among those elements are management responsibility, corrective and preventative action, and internal quality auditing.

The finished goods are strategically warehoused in Vancouver, Burlington and Philadelphia servicing all areas across Canada and the USA.
